Welcome! I'm Eliza Knode (she/her)
A NYC based Actor/Singer/Teacher
As the daughter of a diplomat, I grew up in Malaysia, Japan, Hungary, Long Island, and Brazil! Wherever I moved, I always joined the local choir or drama club because it had those like me who were compassionate, driven, and creative. I fell in love with collaborating and making art with others.
This led me to earn a BFA in Musical Theater from the University of Miami. Since then, I have worked with Regional Theaters (Charleston Stage), Acapella groups (Tinseltones), Cruises (Virgin Voyages), and even Trains (The Polar Express)!

Alongside performing, I love to teach! I've worked as a teaching artist conducting theater workshops for grades K-12 in public schools & afterschool programming. Currently, I am earning a MT Vocal Pedagogy with Broadway Vox.
I provide individual coaching in voice lessons and audition prep.
I experienced firsthand the value of arts programs and love passing that on!

When I'm off the clock, you might find me nose deep in a book at Prospect Park, flowing through a yoga routine, or snacking on peanut butter filled pretzels and re-watching Fleabag or The Good Place!
